Timber Cooling Tower Manufacturers
We are a leading manufacturer of timber type cooling towers with mechanical strength, durability and high efficiency. Our trained manpower and long practical experience in timber cooling tower manufacturing help us deliver reliable towers from concept to final product.
Our CCT timber cooling towers are available as atmospheric and mechanical cooling towers. Atmospheric towers are suitable for smaller capacities, while mechanical draft towers are preferred for higher capacity applications. Induced draft cooling towers are popular because they draw air through the tower and exhaust it from the top or side for effective cooling.
The timbers are made from pine or chirr wood after proper seasoning and chemical treatment to withstand fungus, termite attack and outdoor operating conditions.

FAQ
Here are the key technical details and concepts for our timber cooling tower range.
Economy in Operation
Our timber cooling towers are designed for high efficiency at a low operating cost. Fans, gear boxes, fill and drift eliminators are optimized to deliver maximum cooling with minimum applied horsepower.
Best Performance
Our timber cooling towers provide more wetted surface area for uniform water distribution and higher heat transfer rate.
Architectural Compatibility
Our timber cooling towers are designed with a low profile so the appearance and general configuration blend well with surrounding industrial spaces.
Maintenance Free Construction
We use maintenance-friendly materials throughout the tower. Structural and functional components are designed for long life, and steel parts are hot-dip galvanized after fabrication where applicable.
Structure
Main structural components and light sections are machined with selected preservative timber and designed for operational load and wind pressure. The structural timbers are made from pine or chirr wood after proper seasoning and chemical treatment.
Fills
Different types of preservative treated wooden splash bars and PVC bars are used based on the application. Fill bars are designed to offer maximum splash surface and wetted surface for a high heat transfer rate.
Water Distribution
Boiler waterproof plywood or treated timber is used for the hot water chamber. The distribution box and basin system help distribute water uniformly through metering orifices or diffusers.
Nozzles
Target nozzles used in the hot water chambers are designed to deliver the required water evenly. The nozzle system is resistant to temperature and weathering effects.
Louvers and Drift Eliminators
Louvers are supported and positioned by tower columns and louver supports. Specially designed drift eliminators are provided according to application requirements to minimize bleed-off losses.
Mechanical Equipment
The mechanical equipment is designed for long life. Multiblade fans, low-noise operation, high air volume and low power consumption are considered during system design. Motors are weatherproof and suitable for heated and humid air streams.
External Casing and Drive Systems
External casing can be made with corrugated cement sheets or FRP sheets. Lower and medium capacity towers can use direct drive systems, while larger capacity towers are supplied with fan assembly driven through reduction gear reducer systems.
Applications
Timber cooling towers are useful for chemical plants, air conditioning plants, induction furnaces, injection moulding machines, chilling plants, oxygen plants, diesel generating sets, heat exchangers, steel industries, cement industries, chemical industries and water effluent treatment industries.
We also support export requirements and have experience serving clients in markets such as USA, UAE, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
